Meet Janelle Banat, MSOL, PCC

Executive Leadership COach, Founder, and CEO

I have brought my over two decades of experience in entrepreneurial and health care leadership to my executive coaching practice and boutique firm of coaches and consultants. I am trained and certified as an executive coach in an evidence-based neuroscience approach that allows for maximized creativity from my clients during our conversations. My current client base is a variety of leaders in the fields of medicine, law, business and various entrepreneurial endeavors from start-up to C-Suite.

I am intrinsically driven to uncover clarity for every client that finds their way to my door, and I am especially driven to make the loads of doctors lighter. I have a pretty personal calling to help doctors and have always found myself drawn to serve in whatever space they are in. My desire to deliver Footlamp Consulting’s signature physician leadership coaching programs couldn’t come at a better time; physician burnout has been labeled a national epidemic and the suicide rates of physicians and medical students is increasing annually with no identified solution on the horizon, until now. Our programs are providing physicians with increased leadership competence and confidence while lowering their stress levels. I am fortunate to have a team of over forty exceptional professional coaches assisting me to provide our outcomes to physicians anywhere in the US and Canada.

When I am not actively running my business and supporting our clients, I focus on helping my three daughters get ready to greet the world while they all navigate their high school and college years. My husband RJ is my partner in raising these young women, as well as engaging in our other entrepreneurial endeavors and our shared love for the Caribbean country of Dominica. When we aren’t actively looking for ways to add value as business owners and parents, we are actively looking for cheap airfare to satiate our collective wanderlust. We both love traveling internationally and cherish time experiencing other cultures with our daughters, seeing how the rest of the world lives through their eyes.
