• Everything in Leader of Other Leaders package; comprehensive executive coaching engagement is extended to 6-12 months.

• Personal career strategy planning – assess client’s current runway and devise plans for positioning into the ideal future role, be it an upward move, lateral move, exit from industry or retirement.

• Consultation on future thinking and design to include strategic planning and organizational goal attainment fundamentals.

• Developing client’s direct reports with personal efficacy - strategic focus on ability to lead organization sustainably through a focus on succession planning.

Outcomes from engagement include clarity on current decisions, strategies and actions to move personal area of accountability forward, as well as clarity on next steps in career path.
