Two different groups to choose from. Six critical topics covered in each of these groups. All are designed to increase your clarity and change the way you think about your thinking, while building new neural pathways to the changes you desire.
We recommend the Self-Leadership group experience first. We know many physicians were robbed of this self work during the taxing years of medical school, when the rest of us had access to it. If you have already worked with a coach, feel free to jump into the Leading Others group. It is up to you. You get to choose.
This is your opportunity to take a breath, and do some work that will benefit YOU.
We begin a new section every two months, so you can join at anytime. You commit to doing this incredibly important growth work for the full twelve months. You can join the group coaching sessions live, or watch the recordings. It is up to you, in your own space, and on your own time.
Each group experience is twelve months long and eligible for 24 AMA PRA Category 1 CME credits.
