2) Coach is an accountability partner to move process forward and ensure work gets done
3) Coach is knowledgeable in asking questions to help identify triggers for unwanted behaviors/how to shape response to triggers
4) Coach is insightful-able to dig deeper to help clarify values
5) (respondent’s company) is investing in me, and I feel valued as a result
6) Systematic/automated feedback from co-workers or others in our circle is really valuable to see how we show up/progress in our work
